A New York and Miami-based advisory and acquisitions firm. We structure complex transactions, advise on capital strategy, and acquire businesses and real assets where our operational experience is the edge.
Advisory and acquisitions are not separate businesses at CRH. What we learn structuring deals, we apply when we own assets. What we learn as principals, we bring back to clients. The integration is the advantage.
We work on a small number of mandates at a time. Every engagement is led by a named principal from first conversation to close.
Debt structuring, capital advisory, and transaction management across real estate and corporate deals. We have closed over $3 billion in mandates spanning bridge financing, construction lending, portfolio recapitalizations, and sell-side processes. We manage process, source capital, and protect client interests from term sheet to close.

Lower-middle market business acquisitions where our experience as operators creates an underwriting advantage. We invest principal capital and work with a selective group of aligned co-investors.

The people you speak with in the first meeting are the people doing the work. There is no approval layer, no hand-off, no junior team getting up to speed.
Every principal has operated businesses, structured their financing, and advised on their sale. That changes how we underwrite risk and how we counsel clients who are doing the same.
We work on a limited number of mandates at any time. It is not a constraint — it is the model. You get the firm, not a fraction of it.
The following represents a selection of completed transactions across advisory and principal investing. Presented without client names by design.
Engagements are scoped, bounded, and led by a named principal. We do not sell open-ended retainers. Every mandate has a defined objective and endpoint. Monthly arrangements exist when a situation calls for ongoing presence — not as a revenue model.
Most engagements run three to fourteen months. The first conversation is just a conversation. No pitch deck required.
